Building Smarter Homes, Creating Better Cities
Connecting People, Buildings and Sustainable Urban Technologies
Indonesia’s smart-home market is entering a period of rapid expansion. Valued at approximately USD 3.35 billion in 2024, the market is projected to reach USD 16.40 billion by 2030, representing annual growth of around 30.2%. With an estimated 9.58 million smart homes recorded in 2024, demand continues to rise for home automation, smart security, intelligent lighting, energy management, connected appliances, and integrated control systems.
Opportunities are also expanding across smart offices, smart buildings, and smart cities. Construction contributed approximately 9.83% of Indonesia’s GDP in 2025, while 72.8% of the population is projected to live in urban areas by 2045. This growth is accelerating demand for building-management systems, access control, HVAC automation, sensors, AI, IoT, and energy-efficient urban infrastructure.
Co-located with Smart IoT Indonesia 2027, INALIGHT 2027, and Solartech Indonesia 2027, Smart Home+City Indonesia connects smart living and intelligent buildings with IoT, lighting, and renewable energy. The exhibition brings together technology providers, property developers, architects, contractors, system integrators, government institutions, and project owners to showcase innovation, establish partnerships, and capture opportunities across Indonesia’s growing smart-home, smart-office, smart-building, and smart-city markets.
